Process for activations like Mobile Events
A wildly successful and diversified experiential agency, like Roots³ Productions, must operate in a systematic, machine-like manner in order to stay efficient and organized. There are many components to a well-functioning experiential agency that are often overlooked, such as mobile events, mainly due to the prettiness of the overall, final product. However, there are many behind-the-scenes personnel and teams that come together to maintain a high level of execution on a daily basis.
Within Roots³ Productions, there is a systemized approach to every campaign, but also within the company.
There is a six-house division that makes up Roots³ Productions.
The Executive House
Comprised of the department heads. From the CEO, President, VP of Finance, Director, Business Development and Project Manager, the Executive House is a team of personnel that manages and operates the company from each of their own positions.
The Artistry House
Is overseen by the Executive House and creates and develops all of the creative needs of clients. Whether custom renderings are needed to tell a presentation’s story to custom graphics mobile events vehicle wrap specs, 3D imagery, website creation, sound and video editing, and any digital needs, the Artistry House is filled with the creative minds that constantly inspire and make the world think from a new perspective.
The Legal House
Arguably, not the most exciting of houses within Roots³ Productions, but our legal team keeps the boat afloat, upholds all client contracts and also works with city municipalities around the country to secure and organize specific event permits needed for our clients’ activations.
The Fabrication House
Consists of immense behind the scenes talents. Those who build, but aren’t always seen. Our team of carpenters, engineers, painters, welders, and printers all come together to bring our beautiful concepts to the world. Spread throughout the country, Roots³ Productions is able to lend our construction and custom fabrication ability to our clients in any market.
The Operations House
Perhaps the most exciting of all the houses at Roots³ Productions. This team brings the actual activation or event to the world. They are the doers, the implementers, the proprietary brand models and the on the ground presenters of our craft. The Operations House is always led by our Lead Project Manager who manages the entire staff for any kind of activation or event throughout the world.
The Content House
Is critical to the success of Roots³ Productions (much like each of the other above houses), but this House has a very important role: To capture all of the footage in video and photo form. Once our videographers and photographers collect all content from each of their activations, they work with the Artistry House to produce memorable film and photo recaps for our clients. This House is the curator of memories, impressions and overall beauty from each one of our client’s campaigns.
As one will note, each House within Roots³ Productions has a direct role to keep the machine running and without our positivity, our love and our service to not only our clients but to one another, our experiential agency would not be able to operate at the esteemed level we are known to produce. When diving in behind the scenes at other experiential agencies, we are not sure how they are organized or how they operate, but with the streamlined, expert approach that Roots³ Productions has in place, we are consistently able to create, develop and produce world-renowned, successful experiential events and activations such as mobile events.
